Hope and a Future

Man, its been an extremely hectic month!  Alot has happened in April.  I went to my South Carolina Gamecock Garnet&Black spring football scrimmage and had a really good time even though it was very hot.  Well, that following monday(4/11) the Dean of the College of Education agree to fund part of the equipment I'll need for my research.  If that wasn't enough, I discovered that I'll be moving closer to work/school (by 30miles)this summer with two really good friends and that will really ease the financial burden that gasoline has become.  (I just hope that I'm not a burden at all on them!)  Oh yeah, I was offered a job with an extremely well respected pool company and right now...I'm not terribly sure things could go much smoother.

Praise God!

So, tonight I'm sitting here finishing some big projects due in the next week for my Masters courses and I stopped to browse for some new music on iTunes.  This "time off" did NOT disappoint.  I found Bebo Norman and Sixteen Cities, two contemporary Christian musicians.  Very good music from both!

I'm keep going and going but, I dont like rubbing an AMAZING month in too much.  If this summer is anything like this month...just let me die in September and I'll be content!

Contenment..there's that word again.

–noun
1.
the state of being contented; satisfaction; ease of mind.
I may not QUITE be content just yet, but if I can make decent money this summer, support myself while not adding to the burden(in any way) to my friends and maybe pay off even ONE of my 5 student loans...I will consider this summer EPIC win.

Proverbs 16:3 - Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.

Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
